Amazing New Research on ASEA's Athletic Benefits

ASEA Athletics -- Mobilization of Free Fatty Acids


New research on ASEA, independently conducted at the North Carolina Research Institute, shows unbelievable results for athletes who drink ASEA.  

After 7 days of drinking 4 ounces per day, the study participants experienced a vast mobilization of free fatty acids.  This is the main source of fuel for the body, and mostly comes from fat stores known as adipose tissue.  

This is key for athletes because more energy is packed into fatty tissue (by weight) than any other fuel source in the body.  With equal amounts of carbohydrates, glycogens and fatty acids, you could jog 30 minutes on carbohydrates, 3-4 hours on glycogens, but 60-80 hours on fatty acids!

What was so surprising was that the fatty acids were mobilized and ready to use as fuel even before exercise... before muscle glycogen was used to the point of depletion.  The implication is that muscle glycogen is likely being spared just by drinking ASEA!
